Add An Event

Fill in the form below; your event will be sent to the GCACC office for review, and it will be added to the calendar as soon as possible (usually within one business day). Start and end date values should be formatted as "mm/dd/yy"; if the year is omitted we will assume the current year.

Important: If you have more than one event to submit, please submit the first event alone, then come back to this page and submit the second event. Repeat the process for each of your events. This will ensure that each event has its own listing in our online calendar. Thank you!

Please submit events in mixed case ("Bake sale at 123 Any Street") and not in all capital letters ("BAKE SALE AT 123 ANY STREET"). Submissions in all capital letters are not compatible with our system and cannot be accepted.

Fields marked with a * are required.

Event Start Date(s)* Enter a single event date (e.g., "7/4/2005" for July 4, 2005), or a series of dates separated by commas (e.g., "7/4/2005,7/11/2005,7/18/2005,7/25/2005" for an event that repeats weekly).
Event End Date Enter a single date (e.g. "7/15/2005") on which the event will end. If you fill in this field, we will assume that the event occurs daily from the start date through the end date.
Description* Enter a description of your event. What are the times and places that it will take place? Who should attend?
Contact Phone Number Enter a telephone number that interested people can use to find out more about your event.
Contact Email Address Enter an email address, such as "info@cazenoviachamber.com".
Contact Web Site Enter a web address, such as "http://www.cazenoviachamber.com/", where people can get more information.
The Letter Between 'B' and 'D' Enter the letter of the alphabet that occurs between 'B' and 'D'. We do this to prevent automated junk submissions to our calendar.
