A 5-course chef collaboration featuring The Lincklean House, The Brae Loch Inn, The Brewster Inn, Clear Path For Veterans and Sugar Blossom Cake Shop.
4:30PM: Cocktail Hour (cash bar) & Passed Appetizers
5:30PM: Sit-Down Dinner Commences
Course 1: Spanish Octopus Carpaccio sun-dried tomato chimichurri, saffron aioli, micro-basil, with pickled fennel, tobiko & crispy rice paper (Chef Stephen Franks, The Brewster Inn)
Course 2: Chicken & prosciutto roulade with roasted celeriac roasted mushroom sauce herb oil & fried arugula (Chef Chance Bear, The Lincklean House)
Course 3: Duck pastrami over creamy polenta with roasted root vegetables (parsnip, carrot & celery root) with a port cherry reduction & pickled mustard seeds (Chef Michael Sheets, Clear Path For Veterans)
