It’s that bittersweet time of year again — graduation caps are tossed, bags are packed, and our crew here at Madison County Distillery is about to feel a whole lot quieter.

Over the past four years, we’ve had the honor of working alongside some of the best high school students Cazenovia has to offer. They’ve grown up in our kitchen, served you killer tacos, and graduated to bartending — learning the ins and outs of hospitality while bringing their energy, ideas, and laughter to every shift. Whether they started as shy 15-year-olds or confident seniors, each of them helped shape the heart of this place.
Now, they’re heading off to chase big dreams — and we couldn’t be prouder. But as they start their next chapters, we’re feeling the shift: our team is going from 22 employees to just 9.
So now we’re looking ahead.
If you’ve ever thought about being part of a team that feels more like family, where work is as much about great drinks and delicious tacos as it is about community, we’d love to meet you. We’re hiring for a variety of positions — perfect for students, local residents, or anyone looking to work somewhere with a little more heart (and a lot of local flavor).
To those who are leaving us — thank you. You’re forever part of the Madison County Distillery story. And to those ready to join us — let’s write the next chapter together.
