Office staff:

We are growing thanks to our amazing staff! Home Sweet Home Cleaning & Gardening LLC is a 5-star rated company currently looking for AWESOME Office Staff! This job is not for the ordinary office person this is for the extraordinary!

We are a small business based out of Waterville, NY that has over time, expanded services to Oneida, Madison, and Onondaga Counties. We are looking for an ambitious office staff to aid us in our mission to be an excellent cleaning service - greatly known for our reliability and quality! We proudly service residential and commercial businesses alike. There are many growth opportunities here and ways to build yourself, as we are continuing to expand each quarter.

-This is a full time, in office position. It is not a remote position.

Personal & Business Assistant Needed 3 days/week! Busy Entrepreneurial Mom looking for a great, local personal assistant. I would love to find a detail-oriented and experienced who loves organization, hanging out with kids, as well as generally helping out with whatever is needed.

Duties include:

  • scheduling personal appointments for myself and family (doctors, play dates, etc.)

  • booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car service, vrbos, etc.)

  • managing my inbox including drafting and sending emails

  • keep my spaces organized: office, closet, files, & so on

  • managing returns and other errands such as shopping, post office, dry cleaning

  • sort mail, deliveries packing & unpacking before & after travel families laundry on a regular basis including

  • helping with the kids when needed

  • occasional travel with me on business trips & travel with he family on family trips

  • prep families snacks and meals

  • take care to be services & cleaned

  • assistance with supplies at the office

  • keeping up on mail and paperwork at the office

  • taking out the garbage & recycling

  • preparing small gifts on holidays for staff

  • general errand running for company

The ideal schedule would be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10-3 pm. If you're always punctual, reliable, a self-started, I would love to talk to you! The schedule is flexible for the right candidate.
