The Brewster Inn Announces 2024 Dining Week Menu

We are so excited to announce the 2024 Dining Week Menu available at The Brewster Inn running from February 15 - 29th. We are offering a 3-course selection for just $33 per person.


- First Course –


Tempura Shrimp & Kimchi Waffle

balsamic teriyaki, sashimi aioli & wasabi cream


Balmoral Smoked Salmon

avocado, soft boiled egg, pistachio, wild greens &

creamy caper vinaigrette


Local Roots Free-Range Chicken Gumbo

smoked andouille sausage, okra & green scallions


- Second Course –


Lively Run Goat Cheese Salad

toasted chevré cake, dried cranberries, arugula & honey sherry vinaigrette


Chefs Choice Frittata

With a wild green salad & balsamic dressing


Roasted Cauliflower Bisque

Brown butter sage croutons, pomegranate seeds & chives


- Entrée Course –


Roasted Duck & Bulgar Wheat Risotto

wild mushrooms, cherry pan sauce & chevre cheese


Hungarian Goulash with Spätzle

red wine braised beef, nutmeg spiced dumplings & sour cream


Lamb Bolognese & Saffron Pasta

Italian slow-cooked lamb leg, mint gremolata & pecorino romano cheese

This is The Brewster Inn's 7th year participating in this 2-week long dining event. Each year they divert from their traditional menu to offer CNY foodies a chance to try something truly unique. The dining week menu will feature 3 choices of special appetizers, salads and entrees. Straying from their classic French roots, this menu will feature a diverse range of culinary influences.

Wine Specials:

The menu is not the only thing discounted during the month of February. The Brewster Inn will be running great bottle specials during this time as well. Owner / Wine Manager, Kirk Gibson is hand selecting each bottle to reflect some of his personal favorite veritals from some of the most complex and celebrated growing regions across the world.
