The Brewster Inn Announces 2026 Dining Week Menu

The Brewster Inn is beyond excited to unveil their 2026 Dining Week Menu. Cazenovia kicks off it's third annual Dining Week on February 15th, and they will be starting one day late on February 16th. They will be offering a 3-courses for $33 per person.


Reservations (www.resy.com) are always encouraged, but walk-ins are always welcome! They are open 7 nights a week...

  • Monday - Thursday: 5PM - 8PM

  • Friday & Saturday: 5PM - 8:30PM

  • Sunday: 4PM - 7PM



MENU


First Course


Grilled Sausage-Stuffed Calamari

romanesco with mediterranean salad


Roasted Beet Carpaccio

honey balsamic dressing, fennel salad & whipped goat cheese


BBQ Pork Steam Bun

pickled slaw


 


Second Course


Wedge Salad

grilled shrimp with garlic parmesan dressing


Cauliflower Bisque

roasted cauliflower, pork belly, brioche croutons


Mussels Marinara

with saffron pasta


 

Third Course


Chicken Marsala

mushroom pan sauce with parmesan risotto


Hoisin Braised Beef

cashews, pickled carrots & scallion rice


Pomegranate Glazed Grilled Salmon

sweet potato coconut lentils & pistachio dukkah



This is their 9th year participating in this 2-week long dining event. Each year they divert from their traditional menu to offer CNY foodies a chance to try something truly unique. Straying from their classic French roots, this menu will feature a diverse range of culinary influences.


Love their regular menu? Feel free to mix and match options. Pair a dining week menu with some traditional menu items and share with friends and family.


Can't eat 3-courses? Don't stress! If you would prefer to try just one or two courses, we will be offering a la carte options as well.


Prefer takeout? Yes, we can easily do this menu to-go as well as in the restaurant.
