Tucked away in the rolling hills of Erieville, NY, just a short walk from the peaceful waters of Tuscarora Lake, you’ll find The Lansing’s Maple Nook Farm B&B—a cozy country retreat surrounded by 100 acres of woods and backed up against the scenic Stoney Mountain.
This welcoming bed and breakfast offers guests the perfect blend of relaxation and hospitality, with 3 bedrooms upstairs that share a full bath. There is a another bedroom downstairs in the finished basement with a private living room along with a 1/2 bath, study area, dorm refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot. One additional bedroom also has a double bed & antique hired hand twin bed along with a living room with a pullout sofa.

The Lansing family is no stranger to running a B&B. Before opening Maple Nook Farm, they operated a beloved bed and breakfast in Cazenovia for 13 years. With decades of experience and a true love for welcoming others, they’ve created a place where every guest feels like part of the family.
For them, hosting isn’t just about providing a room—it’s about connection. “Meeting new people and enjoying having others in my home is what I love most,” they share.
