The Cazenovia Chamber's Annual Dinner brings locals together to celebrate and reflect on the year past. As one of the most impactful years in recent history, the chamber underwent a complete restructuring in 2023 resulting in the closure of their brick-and-mortar tourism office.
The mission of the chamber has always been to support and serve the community, and this change along with others will allow us reallocate substantial funds within the budget to be used toward events and marketing endeavors.
Under the new model, the anticipation is that going forward 90% of collected membership dues will be able to make a direct impact within the community.
We are excited to discuss the exciting upcoming ventures ahead but to also look back on the incredible work of past years that have continued to strengthen our commitment to the community. This is a dinner not to be missed!

Chicken Francaise - egg battered chicken breast topped with a lemon butter shallot sauce with wild rice, seasonal vegetables & asparagus almondine
Petite Tenderloin (typically served medium) - topped with a Bordelaise sauce with Tuscan-spiced roasted potatoes, brussel sprouts & caramelized onions topped with a balsamic glaze
